At Zenara Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Returns

1.Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of signing for the express delivery.

2.The goods must remain in a brand-new and unused state, without any wear,scratches, deformation, or other conditions that affect secondary sales.

3.Quality issues: Seller covers  shipping (proof required); Non-quality issues: Buyer bears two-way costs, with international fees deducted from refund.

Cancellations & Exchanges
Please review your cart carefully before finalising your order as orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed. 

Process

1.Please contact our service team within the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange. 

2.We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the returns and exchange conditions are met.
